Britta Francesconi

Britta is the Grants and Operations Manager at The Russell Family Foundation, where she manages the grantmaking processes and works with all staff members to keep the systems of the Foundation running smoothly. Britta also works with the board and staff on a range of projects and events at the Foundation. Britta began working full-time at the Foundation in 2019. She previously supported the Foundation as a contractor beginning in 2014. Prior to this work, Britta served in the private sector in sales and event planning. For the past 9 years, she has held various leadership roles at her kids’ school raising money for classrooms and programs while building community. Britta holds degrees in history and Spanish from the University of Washington.
