Fay Aroub is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and global mobility. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Experience, Global Mobility, and HR Analytics at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec since April 2017, Fay has held various senior roles focusing on talent management and HR operations. Additionally, Fay contributes as a board member for both the Association québécoise de prévention du suicide and the Fondation sablon. Previous experience includes leadership positions at SNC-Lavalin and Randstad Canada, where Fay managed recruitment and staffing operations. Fay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Manitoba.
