Teresa Azzue, Esq. is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Staff Attorney at The Safe Center LI since June 2023. Teresa has extensive experience in various roles, having previously worked as an Associate Attorney at Schlissel Ostrow Karabatos from July 2022 to June 2023, and as a Staff Attorney at The Safe Center from June 2019 to July 2022. Earlier in their career, Teresa was a Junior Associate at Ezdrin & Woods, P.C. from February 2016 to June 2019, and served as a Legal Intern at The Safe Center in 2014. Teresa began their legal journey as an Intern at Nassau/Suffolk Law Services in 2011. Educational background includes a law degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a BA in History and Philosophy from Molloy University.
