Jessica Grelle has over 20 years of work experience. Jessica began their career in 1999 as the R&D Manager at Pinnacle Food Products. In 2006, they started their own consulting business, Jessica Grelle Consulting, providing beverage and food product development services. In 2007, they took on the role of Technical Sales at Crossroad Ingredients. In 2011, they founded Mama Jess and served as the Chief Mama. Most recently, they have been the Senior Vice President of Innovation at The Safe + Fair Food Company since 2017.
Jessica Grelle is currently studying Nutrition & Food Science at Penn State University.
