Brenda K. Foster, MPA, serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief of Innovation at Vanguard Communications, where strategic direction and business planning are provided to support non-profit and governmental clients. As an Adjunct Professorial Lecturer at American University, Brenda instructs graduate courses in communications and mentors capstone projects.
