James M. Francis

​​James M. Francis, JD is a registered patent attorney specializing in intellectual property/patents, trademarks, copyrights. He has handled patent, trademark, cyberlaw, and litigation matters for US and international clients ranging from FORTUNE 50 companies to individual entrepreneurs. He is a former research scientist for a large international chemical company and is a frequent lecturer on intellectual property law.

Mr. Francis is also a contributing author to Navigating Legal Issues in the Biotechnology Industry: Leading Lawyers on Staying Abreast of Supreme Court Decisions and Overcoming Challenges in Patent Filing, published by Thomson-Reuters in 2015.
