Jeremiah Griffin's work experience began in 2005 at State Farm, where they excelled in financial services, customer financing, retail sales, brand building, and sales growth. Jeremiah achieved the second-highest agency life insurance sales in the region, earning a trip to Hawaii and securing a permanent contract for the agency. Jeremiah then joined Federated Insurance Company in 2007 as a producer, specializing in finance, sales growth, and improving customer experience. Jeremiah won sales contests and sold multiple six-figure commercial insurance contracts. Jeremiah briefly owned a State Farm agency from 2015 to 2017 before realizing their passions were elsewhere.

From 2013 to 2017, Jeremiah owned and operated Challenge Island, an education company focused on teaching kids the fundamentals of S.T.E.M. In 2017, they transitioned to Bricks 4 Kidz, a franchise specializing in brand building, retail customer financing, and increasing sales through eCommerce financing. Jeremiah's strong performance as the #2 franchisee for seven consecutive years allowed him to advise other franchisees on growing their businesses.

In 2020, Jeremiah joined SmartAction as the Co-Captain of Customer Conversations. Jeremiah'srole involved persuading big companies to adopt A.I. for front-line customer service, allowing human employees to focus on more complex issues. Lastly, Jeremiah currently holds the position of Head of Sales at The Sales Rebellion, beginning in 2021, where they continue to contribute their expertise and experience in sales leadership.

Jeremiah Griffin attended Pensacola Christian College from 2001 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Law Studies and Business Marketing.
