Audrey Scheib has worked in the pastry industry since 2013. Audrey began their career as a Pastry Cook at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group in 2013, followed by a role as a Pastry Cook at Uchi restaurant group in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Pastry Cook at Barley swine, and then a Pastry Chef at The Inn at Dos Brisas in 2016. In 2017, they became a Pastry Chef at Counter 3.five.VII and in 2018, they were a Pastry Chef at Auberge Beach Residences Dune. Most recently, in 2019, they were appointed as the Director of Pastry Innovation R&D at The Salty Donut.
Audrey Scheib attended The Culinary Institute of America from 2011 to 2012, where they earned an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef.
