Amy Rintoul (CPHR) has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the National HR Manager at The Salvation Army Australia since November 2012, along with roles such as Lead HR Business Partner for the National Transformation Program and HR & WHS Business Partner. Prior to this, Amy worked at the Brotherhood of St Laurence from July 2001 to November 2012, holding positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Consultant. Amy began their career at David Jones as a Human Resources Administrator from June 2000 to July 2001. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Monash University and certification as a Certified Practitioner in Human Resources from the Australian HR Institute.
