Katie Franks is an experienced employment consultant with a demonstrated history in recruitment and management roles. Currently serving as an Employment Consultant at The Salvation Army Employment Plus since October 2022, Katie previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Norwest Recruitment from April 2022 to October 2022 and as an Employment Consultant at APM from November 2021 to April 2022. Katie's career began at KFC, where a progression from junior team member to Assistant Manager was achieved over five years, effectively managing over 100 staff and playing a key role in training personnel. Educational qualifications include multiple Certificates from TAFE NSW in Human Resources, Business, Leadership, and Retail, along with First Aid training from re:viva First Aid Training.
