Tammie Blaha

Tammie Blaha is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Assistant Divisional Director of Human Resources at The Salvation Army Chicago Metropolitan Division since November 2019, Tammie previously held the position of Chief People Officer at Goodwill Southeast Georgia from September 2012 to November 2019, where responsibilities included strategic workforce development and organizational design. Tammie's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Goodwill Southeast Georgia, focusing on business development and cross-team collaboration, as well as Vice President of Marketing/Development and Housing at Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska from September 2003 to October 2012, where project management and community engagement were key areas of focus. Tammie holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
