Amanda Montgomery

Ms. Montgomery is a senior relationship manager and a director with Allianz Global Investors, which she joined in 2013. Based in San Diego, she is a member of the Institutional Distribution Team and is responsible for business development and client service coverage for the Western US. Ms. Montgomery has 15 years of investment industry experience. She was previously an investment officer for the San Diego City Employees’ Retirement System, where she oversaw plan assets in public equity and fixed income. Before that, Ms. Montgomery spent five years with Morgan Stanley in wealth management and served five years in the US Navy as a lieutenant in the Civil Engineer Corps. She has a B.S. in engineering from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
