Melissa Posel

Melissa Posel manages all technological resources that enable the delivery of world-class philanthropy with a primary role focused on the database suite.

Prior to joining The San Diego Foundation, Melissa worked in the nonprofit industry for the past 20 years with a focus on managing client portfolios, grantmaking administration, software implementation, CRM assessment, fundraising, conducting research, and managing programs and events. Melissa brings a wealth of expertise working with community foundations, nonprofits, and higher education organizations in California.

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in Art Studio from the University of California Santa Barbara.
