The Sanchaya
Irvan Budiargo is an experienced culinary professional with a solid background in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Demi Chef De Partie at The Sanchaya since March 2022, Irvan previously held positions such as Kitchen Leader at PT Bintan Inti Industrial Estate and Commis Chef at The Sanchaya, specializing in ASEAN and Western cuisine. Earlier experiences include roles as Cook Helper at Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts and Grand Lagoi Hotel By Nirwana Gardens, as well as a Kitchen Trainee at Holiday Villa Pantai Indah Bintan. Irvan earned a D1 Certification in Culinary from Sahid Bintan Tourism Institute in 2017.
The Sanchaya
