Oktori Firmansyah has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant Housekeeping Manager at The Sanchaya since October 2015, and previously held the position of Housekeeping Supervisor. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Operational at PT. Bintan Resorts Cakrawala from 2003 to 2013 and as a Housekeeping staff member at Harmoni Hotel Batam in 2002.
