Pamela McElroy

Pamela McElroy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pamela began their career at George's Steak and Seafood in 1984, where they worked as a Waitress/Manager until 1998. During this time, they gained experience in both customer service and managerial roles. In 1998, they joined The Sanders Group as a Marketing Assistant, supporting the VP of Business Affairs in various administrative duties. Their responsibilities included data entry, filing, records management, and billing. After fifteen years in this role, they were promoted to the position of Managing Director in February 2013, where they currently serve in a leadership capacity.

Pamela McElroy attended North Central High School for an unknown amount of time, where they did not obtain a degree or focus on a specific field of study. Pamela then pursued a degree in Secondary Education at Ball State University from 1979 to 1983. Later, they completed a Project Management & Continuing Studies program at Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis from 2008 to 2010.
