Jessica Pretiger

Jessica Pretiger currently holds the position of Vice President Legal at MIMCO, starting in May 2024. Prior to this role, Jessica served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Human Resources at Shared Assessments from November 2021 to April 2024. Jessica's earlier experience includes being Senior Attorney and Corporate Secretary at El Paso Electric Company from January 2012 to November 2021, where responsibilities encompassed advising on corporate governance, SEC compliance, and serving as the Chair of the Disclosure Committee. Jessica also worked as an Attorney at Kemp Smith LLP from September 2009 to January 2012.
