Riekie Human

Riekie Human is an experienced writer and editor with a diverse background in various roles within the publishing and content creation industries. Currently serving as a Writer and Editor at The Sarara Foundation since June 2023, Riekie also holds positions as a Copy Editor and Copy Writer at africology, and as a Copy Editor and Proofreader at Ninety One, both since 2018. Additional roles include Writer for The Inside Guide and Sweet Life Diabetes Community, and Content Editor at Singita from January 2019 to June 2023. Riekie's earlier experience includes working as an Assistant and Deputy Editor at John Brown Media between 2014 and 2018, with responsibilities in different publications. Riekie Human earned an Honours degree in Journalism and a Bachelor's in Political Science and Sociology from Stellenbosch University between 1992 and 1996.
