Chantal Gelden

Chantal Gelden has extensive experience in the social services sector, currently serving as the Coördinator at IMW regio Tilburg since March 2024, focusing on collaborative solutions in complex situations for clients and their families. Prior to this role, Chantal held various positions at MEE De Meent Groep from July 2000 to April 2024, including Coordinator for the Team Coördinatie en Veiligheid, providing integral planning and monitoring of client care, and acting as a Zorgconsulent supporting clients with disabilities and behavioral issues. Chantal also served as a Procesregisseur for the municipality of Oisterwijk, managing complex cases involving both youth and adult issues, and has engaged in various educational programs and training in areas such as psychosocial support, child protection, and systemic approaches since earning a degree from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven between 1993 and 1997.
