Joshua Schurr has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joshua started their career in 2014 as a Sales Associate at Menagerie Coffee and later worked as a Barista at Barista Coffee from 2015 to 2021. In 2019, they served as a Communications Intern at Mama Bird Recording Co. Joshua then joined DigitalMarketer in 2021 as a Customer Care Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Relations Advisor at The Scalable Company, starting in March 2022. Additionally, Joshua has recently taken on the role of Director of Projects & Communications at The Scalable Company since February 2023.

Joshua Schurr attended The King's College from 2006 to 2007, where they studied Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. Joshua did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their formal education, Joshua has obtained several certifications in various fields. Joshua became a Community Management Specialist, Certified Ecommerce Marketing Specialist, Certified Content Marketing Specialist, Certified Customer Acquisition Specialist, Certified Social Media Marketing Specialist, Certified Direct-Response Copywriting Specialist, and completed a course on Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers through LinkedIn. Joshua also acquired certifications in Service Hub Software and Growth-Driven Design through HubSpot Academy. Joshua obtained these certifications between June and September 2021.
