Davis Baird is an experienced professional in health and aging policy, currently serving as the Director of Federal Health & Aging Policy at The SCAN Foundation since September 2024. Previously, Davis held key positions at the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, where responsibilities included Vice President of Hospice Policy & Advocacy and Director of Government Affairs. At The Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC), as Policy & Advocacy Manager, Davis led a team focusing on hospice, palliative care, and health equity initiatives. Prior roles included Program Manager at the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a) and various positions at Altarum and Cedars-Sinai. Davis holds a Master of Science in Gerontology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston.
