Early Childhood Program Manager at Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education

Becca Ryder currently serves as the Nature Preschool Early Childhood Program Manager at the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education, where assistance is provided to the director in managing daily operations of the nature preschool since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Melmark, starting as an ABA Counselor (February 2003 - February 2007) and advancing to Program Manager (February 2007 - May 2013), where responsibilities encompassed administrative supervision, clinical guidance, and the implementation of personalized behavioral strategies for residents. Additionally, Becca held the position of Art Therapist at Melmark, developing and implementing art lessons for diverse age groups and disabilities to enhance emotional, physical, and cognitive well-being. Becca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
