Michelle B. Sylvain

Michelle B. Sylvain, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at The Scientific Consulting Group, Inc. since June 2018, managing all HR functions and aligning HR programs with the organization's strategic goals. Michelle has extensive experience in human resources, previously holding key positions at Foot and Ankle Specialists of the Mid-Atlantic, LLC, where a progressive career led to the role of Director of Human Resources overseeing operations for over 200 employees. Additional roles include managing administrative functions at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and serving in various capacities at Ivymount School and Programs. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and multiple certificates in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
