Thomas Gwynne is the current Director of Business Operations at The Scion Group. Thomas has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on student housing. Prior to joining The Scion Group, Thomas held various positions at Asset Living, Peak Campus, and Banyan Living, LLC. In their most recent role as Vice President at Asset Living, they were responsible for the development and execution of the company's business plan. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
