Patrick Leslie

Patrick Leslie has extensive work experience in various engineering and management roles. Patrick is currently the Executive Director of Engineering at The Scott Resort & Spa, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Automation Engineering Technician at Intel Corporation from June 2022 to February 2023, where they troubleshooted and repaired semiconductor processing equipment. Before that, they served as a Field Service Engineer - Electrical Forman at Daifuku Cleanroom Automation America Corporation from April 2020 to June 2022, specializing in the termination and certification of electrical AMHS equipment and components.

Patrick also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as an Executive Chief Engineer at Delta Hotels by Marriott from September 2018 to April 2020, where they managed facilities staff and oversaw mechanical plant operations. Patrick previously worked as an Assistant Chief Engineer at Crowne Plaza San Marcos Golf Resort from March 2016 to September 2018, where they were responsible for maintaining and repairing large-scale HVAC equipment.

Before transitioning into the engineering field, Patrick worked in the HVAC industry. Patrick served as an Accounts Manager / Lead HVAC Technician at Degree A/C and Heating from March 2013 to March 2016, where they diagnosed and repaired faulty equipment, as well as installed new HVAC units. Prior to that, they were a Shop Technician - Motorcycle Mechanic at Hale's Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki from February 2000 to May 2006, specializing in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical components on ATVs and motorcycles.

Patrick's work experience also includes a role as a Lead Technician - Project Manager at Koehler Enterprises, LLC from May 2006 to October 2012, where they designed and built large-scale watering and irrigation systems. Patrick also has skills in welding and fabrication.

Moreover, they have earned multiple certifications from the Mainstream Engineering Corporation, such as the Section 609 EPA Certification in March 2001, the Refrigerant Handling (EPA 608) certification in March 1997, and the Section 608 EPA Certification Program for Stationary HVACR Systems and Equipment in February 1997.
