Shahrokh Mohseni

Shahrokh Mohseni is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in digital engineering and transformation, currently serving as the Executive Director of Digital Engineering at Jaguar Land Rover since September 2022. Previously, Shahrokh held key roles at Shell Energy, where responsibilities included defining digital vision and strategies for customer experience and integrating new leadership values to foster an Agile culture. Additional experience includes leadership positions at TalkTalk, MBNL, Deutsche Telekom UK Limited, and T-Mobile, focusing on enterprise architecture, integration, and digital transformation, achieving significant improvements in project delivery, operational stability, and employee engagement. Shahrokh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from London South Bank University.
