Alison Neil Couch

Alison Neil Couch is an experienced Programme Delivery Manager with a strong background in digital transformation and project management. Currently employed by The Scottish Government since March 2018, Alison has held multiple roles, including Digital Transformation Manager in the Social Security Directorate, leading a multi-disciplinary Agile team. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Project Management Consultant for CGI, managing significant projects at the UK Home Office, and holding roles with various organizations such as eGain Communications and Centrica. Alison holds a BA (Hons) in International Business and Modern Languages from the University of Strathclyde and has participated in the ERASMUS program at SKEMA Business School.
