Joyce Dalgleish

Joyce Dalgleish is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in communications and data management within the public sector. Currently serving as the Data Innovation and Change Lead at the Scottish Government since September 2019, Joyce has contributed to various roles, including Senior Policy Manager supporting the Covid-19 response and Associate Agile Coach promoting Agile methodologies. Previously, Joyce held significant positions at NHS National Services Scotland, including Product Owner/Principal Information Development Manager and several communications manager roles, overseeing projects that improved publishing quality and stakeholder engagement. With a solid educational foundation comprising a Post Graduate in Internal Communications from Kingston University and a BA in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University, Joyce has developed a strong skill set geared towards enhancing communication strategies and data-driven initiatives.
