Kate Donaldson

User Research Lead at The Scottish Government

Kate Donaldson currently serves as a User Research Lead in the Digital Transformation team at The Scottish Government, focusing on research that supports digital transformation and service design across public services in Scotland. Kate's career began with a role in Web Accessibility at Perth & Kinross Council. Kate holds an MSc in Design Ethnography and a First Class BSc in Interactive Media Design, both from the University of Dundee.
