Lynda Dobinson

Lynda Dobinson is an experienced professional currently serving as a CBCI Business Continuity Advisor and Resilience Officer at The Scottish Government since January 2013, with responsibilities including managing the Forensic Medical Services (Victims of Sexual Offences)(Scotland) Bill and implementing the FMS Act 2021. Previous roles include serving as a Police Workforce Policy Officer, coordinating the Transport (Scotland) Bill, and producing census output tables as part of the National Records of Scotland.
