Neil Harrison

Neil Harrison is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, marketing management, and brand development. Currently serving as a Strategic Communications Specialist for The Scottish Government since July 2014, Neil focuses on health and social care communications. Prior roles include Head of Healthier Marketing and Marketing Contractor at The Scottish Government, as well as Head of Marketing at ESPC (UK) Limited, where significant brand rebuilding strategies led to increased market share and enhanced brand perception. With a foundation in marketing analytics from Standard Life and early marketing roles at Classic Concepts, Neil holds an MBA from The University of Edinburgh and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
