Ross Stephen

Ross Stephen currently serves as the Strategy Lead for Fiscal Events and Coordination at The Scottish Government, where responsibilities encompass budget and fiscal coordination within the Directorate for Exchequer Strategy. Prior roles at The Scottish Government include Team Leader for Regulation Review and Policy Manager for both the Scottish Welfare Fund and Business Regulation. Additionally, Ross Stephen has been a Corporate Partner Associate at the Association for Project Management since April 2022 and previously held positions as Account Manager and Account Executive at Invicta Public Affairs from July 2018 to August 2021. Ross Stephen holds an MSc in Public Policy from UCL and a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Strathclyde.
