Rebecca Young

Rebecca Young has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rebecca is currently the Head of Digital Delivery at The Scouts since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Programme Manager at the Ministry of Justice UK from July 2021 to August 2022. Rebecca also held multiple roles at the Parole Board for England and Wales, including Head of Transformation from April 2017 to July 2021, Projects and Improvements Manager from October 2015 to April 2017, and Operations Team Manager from September 2012 to October 2015. Rebecca started their career at the Department for Work and Pensions as a Performance Engagement Team Leader from May 2009 to September 2012. Rebecca's early work experience includes being a Health and Fitness Manager at various fitness clubs from December 2002 to May 2009.

Rebecca Young obtained a Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner certification from AXELOS in 2019. In 2017, they received a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from AXELOS and also became a Continuous Improvement Practitioner through the Ministry of Justice Academy.
