Michelle Gjersoe is the CEO & Founder of The Search Group, a company that delivers outstanding talent, service, and insight for start-ups and high-growth businesses in the Tech industry. Prior to this, Michelle held positions at JD & Co., Elevate Direct, Career Creations Ltd, ITHR, IDPP, and E-Synergy Solutions Ltd. Michelle holds a degree in Computing and Business Studies from Kingston University.
