Currently serving as Assistant Metro Editor at The Seattle Times since December 2022, Zachariah previously worked as an Investigative Reporter at InvestigateWest and held multiple positions at The Daily Herald of Everett, including Deputy News Editor, Environment Reporter, and Public Safety Reporter. Early career highlights include freelance reporting, a Legislative Reporter role at Community News Service, and reporting positions at Business Examiner, The Tundra Drums, Ballard News-Tribune, and Northwest Asian Weekly.
