Ashley Connell has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2011, they worked as a General Management Intern at New York Theatre Workshop. In 2012, they were a Stage Management Intern at Dorset Theatre Festival, followed by a Production Management Assistant at the same company in 2011. From 2010 to 2013, they held multiple positions at Bennington College, including House Manager and Electrics Crew. In 2013, they worked as a Production Assistant at The Studio Theatre. Ashley also had roles as House Manager at New York Theatre Workshop in 2013 and Artistic Associate at Dorset Theatre Festival from 2013 to 2015. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as an Office Manager at Buildout. Starting in 2022, they have been working as a Teacher at The Second City and as a Content and Partnerships Manager at Garden Streets.
Ashley Connell completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theatre/Theater from Bennington College, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.
