Brie Watson

Brie Watson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the entertainment industry. Brie started their career at The Second City as an Improv Instructor in 2014, where they taught workshops and delivered training programs on creativity and innovation. In 2017, Brie co-founded Improv Niagara and served as the Artistic Director, overseeing the artistic direction of the organization. Brie also worked as an Actor at The Casting Solution in 2018.

In addition to their work in the entertainment industry, Brie has also worked as a Comedian and Producer of live comedy shows since 2010. Brie has performed at various venues and gained experience in writing humoristic works. Brie joined Webcast Guru in 2020 as a Webcast Technician, where they apply their technical skills.

Brie has also held various administrative roles at CBC/Radio-Canada from 2013 to 2017. Brie provided administrative support, scheduled meetings, managed appointments, and assisted with the administrative needs of different departments. Brie also served as the Production Coordinator for the show "Steven and Chris".

Furthermore, Brie has been involved in the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival and Canadian Comedy Awards, where they served as the Social Media Coordinator and contributed to the communication efforts of these organizations.

Brie Watson's education history begins in 1999 when they attended Ecole secondaire Confédération for their high school education, culminating in the attainment of their High School Diploma in 2003. Brie then went on to study at the University of Ottawa from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Baccalaureate degree with Honours in Social Sciences, focusing on Political Studies. In 2010, Brie enrolled at Humber College and completed a Diploma program in Comedy: Writing & Performance, which lasted until 2012. To further develop their skills, in 2013, they also participated in The Second City's Improv & Longform Conservatory Program, specializing in Improvisation and Sketch Comedy.
