The Sedona Conference
Tim Noonan is an experienced professional with a robust background in information governance and legal technologies, currently serving as Managing Director at Cliff Dwellers Consulting since October 2012. Noonan specializes in designing AI solutions and data products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic advice on information management. In addition to managing cybersecurity initiatives, Noonan contributes to The Sedona Conference, participating in drafting best practices for electronic document retention and data security. Previous roles include Senior Director of Electronic Discovery and Information Governance at EMC-Kazeon and various leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, EMC-Documentum, and Arthur Andersen. Noonan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Marquette University and has pursued further certifications in cybersecurity and project management.
The Sedona Conference
The Sedona Conference (TSC) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy in the areas of antitrust law, complex litigation, intellectual property rights, and data security and privacy law. TSC was founded in 1997 by Richard G. Braman, who practiced in the areas of antitrust law, intellectual property, and complex litigation. TSC succeeds through the generous contributions of time by its faculties and Working Group members, and is able to fund its operations primarily through the financial support of its members, conference registrants, and sponsors.
