Keniq C. has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Keniq started their career as a Corps Member at Teach for America in 2000 and later became a Curriculum Coordinator/Learning Team Leader/Corps Member Advisor. Keniq also served as the Resident Principal at District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) before joining Imagine Schools as a School Leader and later as the Manager of Academic Achievement and Innovations. Keniq was the Senior Director of Teacher Effectiveness at Uplift Education and the Managing Director of Programs | Leadership Advisor at New Leaders Org. Keniq also worked as a School Systems Leaders Fellow at Cambiar Education and as an Adjunct Professor at Johns Hopkins University. Recently, Keniq served as the Chief Schools Officer at The SEED Foundation and currently holds the role of Secretary Board of Directors at The Right Fit Inc, a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing attire to students for every occasion.
