Carol Marie Mateo

Carol Marie Mateo possesses a diverse background in both the healthcare and business sectors. Currently serving as a Volunteer RDN and Volunteer Pet Therapist at Valley Hospital since June 2019 and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center since August 2022, Carol also contributes time as a Volunteer at The Seeing Eye since 2021. Previously, Carol held various administrative and specialist roles at IBM from 1983 to 1993. Carol's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Johnson State College.
