Eric Brown has over 17 years of experience in the manufacturing and aviation industries, currently serving as the Outage and Maintenance Manager and previously as Operations Support Manager at The SEFA Group since October 2006. Responsibilities include planning and executing plant outages for multiple manufacturing facilities and analyzing equipment failures to enhance operational efficiency. Prior roles at The SEFA Group consist of Operations Manager, where training for new plant managers and personnel was conducted, and Plant Manager, overseeing the construction and startup of a unique fly ash processing plant. Eric Brown's earlier experience includes roles at UPS and Eagle Aviation, with a focus on supervisory and management positions in ramp operations.
