The SEFA Group
Richard Shirer started their work experience in 2010 as an Electrical Superintendent at Albemarle. Richard then moved to SI Group in 2014 and continued working as an Electrical Superintendent until 2018. In 2018, they joined The SEFA Group where they initially served as a Senior Project Manager and later assumed the role of Director of Operations Support in March 2021.
Richard Shirer attended The Citadel but the start year, end year, degree, and field of study are unknown. Richard also obtained the CMRP certification from SMRP, but the month and year of obtaining the certification are unknown.

The SEFA Group has been making a positive difference by recycling coal combustion residuals into environmentally sustainable products for the concrete industry for over 40 years, recycling over 20 million tons of fly ash that otherwise would have been disposed of in landfills or ponds.
