Kay Kardos

Kay Kardos has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Kay began their career at the City of Austin where they served as Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department and later held positions as Assistant to City Manager and Manager of the Solid Waste Services Department. After their time at the City of Austin, Kay worked at AMD where they focused on employee relations and training. Kay then joined Pedley Richard and Associates as a recruiter before eventually becoming Vice President and Director of Human Resources at The Segal Company.

Kay Kardos holds a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, which they completed between 1993 and 1998. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English from Texas Lutheran University.
