Mitch Bramstaedt

Mr. Bramstaedt is a Senior Vice President and West Region Leader, responsible for managing operations for Segal’s offices in Albuquerque, Denver, Juneau, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and San Francisco. For the last five years, he was Segal’s Midwest Region Leader. He is focused on organizational development and people strategies.

Mr. Bramstaedt has nearly 30 years of consulting experience at Segal, assisting multiemployer clients within the food industry and the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) and providing support for UFCW plan mergers and bargaining. He also works with public sector clients. He has specialized in benefits strategy and design and healthcare cost management programs. Mr. Bramstaedt has been successful in reducing client healthcare costs by following a process of goal setting, data evaluation, plan design modeling, vendor selection, and vendor management. He has also helped many clients develop effective contribution options.
