Rebecca Reyes is an experienced professional with expertise in operations management and project management, currently serving as the High Touch Operations Manager for Customer Experience at The Select Group since June 2020. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked at Cisco Systems for over 15 years, holding various positions including Senior Program Manager in Strategy and Business Planning for Technical Services in the Americas, where responsibilities included managing strategic initiatives within the Business Transformation Team and overseeing a $3M transformational project to enhance Cisco’s Global Technical Center CRM platform. Rebecca also has a background in case management, having worked as a Special Investigations Case Management Specialist at CSAA Insurance Group, focusing on fraud exposure assessments. Educational qualifications include degrees from California State University-Sacramento and The George Washington University School of Business.
