Stefan McCran

Stefan McCran has extensive experience in operations management within the catering and food service industry. Currently serving as Operations Director at SCHOOL CATERING SUPPORT LIMITED T/A Relish School Food since April 2022, Stefan has held multiple leadership roles including Regional Manager and Head of Operations at SCHOOL CATERING SUPPORT LIMITED since June 2008. Additionally, Stefan has been the Group Service Manager at SENAD Group and Head of Operations at Relish School Food since May 2008. Previous experience includes managerial positions at Compact Catering Ltd and Duchy Catering, as well as serving in the Royal Logistics Corps as a chef in HM Forces from September 1996 to May 2004.
