Jennifer Blumenthal currently serves as a Board Member at The Sequoia Project and holds the position of Product Director at Milliman IntelliScript. Additionally, Jennifer is active in the CommonWell Health Alliance as the chair-elect of the Privacy & Security Committee and a member of the Operating Committee. At Carequality, Jennifer acts as the chair-elect of consumer-facing technology on the Steering Committee, advocating for patients and developers. Previously, Jennifer co-founded and served as CEO of OneRecord from January 2016 to September 2022. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies and Art History from Southern Methodist University.

The Sequoia Project
The Sequoia Project is a non-profit, 501c3, public-private collaborative chartered to advance implementation of secure, interoperable nationwide health information exchange. The Sequoia Project focuses on solving real-world interoperability challenges, and brings together public and private stakeholders in forums like the Interoperability Matters cooperative to overcome barriers. The Sequoia Project is also the Recognized Coordinating Entity (RCE) for the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT’s Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA), for which it will develop, implement, and maintain the Common Agreement component of TEFCA and operationalize the Qualified Health Information Network (QHIN) designation and monitoring process. The Sequoia Project leads in cross-industry collaboration to develop implementation strategies that enable secure, interoperable nationwide exchange of health information.
