Jo Carlin

Jo Carlin has extensive experience in the confectionery industry, currently serving as General Manager at The Serious Sweet Company Limited since September 2014. Prior roles include General Manager and NPD Manager at Confection by Design from June 2009 to September 2014, M&S Account Controller at Tangerine Confectionery from February 2008 to April 2009, and Head of Product Development at Monkhill Confectionery from 1994 to 2008. Jo's earlier career includes positions such as NPD Manager at Cadbury - Monkhill Confectionery, Product Development Manager at Cadbury Trebor Bassett, and Product Development Manager at Trebor Bassett. Jo Carlin holds a BSc in Food Manufacture from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed between 1989 and 1993.
