Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Service Council™, Mark has held significant roles at 3D Systems Corporation as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success, overseeing customer services. Prior positions include Senior Vice President of Global Customer Operations at Flash Global, and various leadership roles at Gerber Scientific Inc. and Gerber Technology, focusing on customer experience and operational excellence.
