Richard founded Hindsight International Limited, focusing on global event security and consultancy tailored to corporate needs. Previous roles include Director positions at Mastercard, where Richard developed executive protection programs, and at Assignment Management Services Ltd, which provided security for notable music acts. Richard's career in security began at Showsec, advancing from steward to Southern Regional Manager. Richard holds a Foundation degree in Crowd Safety & Management from Buckinghamshire New University.
